Andre is one of the premier authorities on employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) in the U.S.  Andre’s leadership roles include:

• Principal and Managing Director of Tenor Capital Partners PPC, as specialty leveraged ESOP buyout advisory firm.
• Managing Partner of Grant Thornton, LLP. Southeastern U.S. Grant Thornton is the 6th largest accounting firm in the U.S. André’s technical expertise includes auditing public and private companies as well as assisting companies in evaluating and improving internal control systems and assessing global risks. André was a member of the Firm’s National Capital Markets Group and assisted clients in raising capital by way of both private placements and public offerings.

André serves on numerous corporate (public and closely held) and non-profit boards. Born in Zimbabwe, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Geology at University of London. He also holds designation as a chartered accountant in Zimbabwe and Canada and a certified public accountant in the United States.
